There are some days when Becca could just drive a person nuts (ok, the mom nuts). Today was one of them (after many days of them the past week). While waiting for Jacob & Kaylee at karate & dance she was ALL over the place. Then, we stopped to pick up chinese food for supper inbetween karate/dance and choir rehearsals. She didn't stop touching her sister or her mom the entire 20+ minutes we waited for our food. So, ya, Mom wasn't a happy camper for the wait time - or the fact that I asked Becca a few times to leave Kaylee & me alone. There happened to be 3 fortune cookies in our bag of food. The kids each took one and opened them. Becca's said "You will be rewarded for being a good listener in the next week." Hmm. Does that mean she'll be a good listener? Or does that mean IF she's a good listener she'll be rewarded? We will wait and see.Monday, November 3, 2008

I wish you all the luck! I go through the same thing with my kids and they like to take turn on different days listening and not listening.
i also wish you luck. and i love that her stance/expression in the picture is all about looking as innocent and well-behaved as she can. =]
and looking at it again.....the smile is also reminiscent of "if you find evidence of misbehaving in the other room, it wasn't me. i PROMISE!"
