What's so fun about Halloween!
Decorating with smiling faces that see you at every meal :-)
Decorating with the crafts our children make at school & home. (Becca's hands bat, Jacob's origami bat, Kaylee's orange tummy bat)
Cutting vegetables apart. Becca's from preschool, Jacob's skull, a spider & "Beware"
Dressing up as someone (or something) else for a night and playing make-believe like/as kids. Micah (as himself), Kasen the dragon, Greta the fair maiden, Kaylee as Thorn (a whicken), Becca as Snow White and Jacob the mad scientist - Wha ha ha ha.
Getting lots of candy!!! Or making other kids smile by giving them candy. The kids always trick-or-treat at our house after they are done in the neighborhood.
Spending time with our friends and being silly. We hosted the MOMS Club Party and did some bobbing for apples. All the kids did a great job getting apples out of the water. I had a tub with packing peanuts holding up apples too - but most of the kids opted for the water bucket.

Great costumes! Jacob, are those the glasses we had last year for Halloween? Those were perfect!
