The latest...

The last time you'll see Becca with her extra tooth. She's ready to leave for her 9:00 surgery.
Becca did great at the dental surgeons office considering it wasn't a fun experience. She fell asleep quickly with the gas and then I was pushed out of the room! (which was good, cuz they would have had to peel me off the floor if I had been allowed to stay) She had some nauseousness after the procedure, and was uncomfortable for a few hours. She slept some, or just laid around, but was nauseous again when she'd try to sit up. And the light-headed Momma only nearly passed out once :-) I think that's pretty good after sitting through listening to aftercare stuff, and changing one round of gauze, and getting her earrings back in, and cleaning up blood-streaked vomit.
By 1:30 Becca was feeling MUCH better. We got to remove the gauze, and the sleepy drugs were finally wearing off. She has had some Sprite and some pudding and is giggling again with Kaylee. Now we wait and see if the other 2 teeth make a move back into the places they belong, or if braces someday will need to do the work for them.

Two weeks ago Jacob got to tour the Metrodome! And got a 4x4 inch piece of the old roof! He was more than excited!!!! They were in the Vikings' locker room, saw the new roof after it had been inflated, sat in a suite and the press box, and much more.
He cannot WAIT for football season to start - the Vikings and his.

Kaylee went to a GREAT Theatre camp last week. They auditioned for, rehearsed, and performed The Chronicles of Narnia. She was the Elf (front right) that accompanied Father Christmas. She did a GREAT job!!
Kaylee with her friend Delaney who was a Nymph and also did a GREAT job!
So, right, I haven't posted in a LONG time. This is just an update of the latest that we've done (because it's always good to start where you are when you're behind, and go back later). So, maybe later this week I'll pull together a collection of pictures (and maybe even stories) of the other adventures we've had so far this summer. :-) Happy Day!
