(Sartell) MN Twins Game

Jacob's first Little League game was Tuesday night. They received their t-shirts and hats that night and found out they are the Twins! Jacob got jersey #4. Jacob on the bench with his team. He's the only one looking this way.
Jacob didn't do too bad hitting. He had about 5 pitches before he hit it.
Coaches (Dad here) pitch to their own team. For each inning all the players bat. Each player gets 5 good pitches before they are 'out.'
Jacob played 3rd base for the first inning. He even got someone out! All the players have a position in the field for each inning. With 14 kids on the team there gets to be alot of players out there, but they just fill in every outfield spot possible!
Kaylee watching the game.
Mom & Becca watching the game. It was a chilly night. All the practices and the first game have been chilly (then last night's practice was rained out). Is this a sign for what the summer will be like?? I sure hope not. I'd like a hot summer night game to sit and watch :-)

Kasen has a team outfit! Last Winter we were searching the clearance rack at Babies R Us (here in CO) to spend a gift card and found a Twins onesie! So Kasen has a team onesie! How long does Little League go - through August? If so, we can come support the Twins! See y'all in a couple weeks!

No, it is not a sign of what summer is going to be. I just watched the weather and we could be around 90 degrees in a week. Then we will be complaining about the heat....well.. not the first week of it.
