We had a fun Saturday with Carrie, Micah & Kasen. We went to Fairhaven Farms and enjoyed the HOT weather (could have worn shorts!).
We went through a corn maze with the characters from Arthur & Friends.
At each storybook page we tried to figure out what story the page was from.
We also did some apple picking.
And went on a horse-drawn wagon ride.
Then we tried to make caramel covered apples. We followed the recipe, but the caramel slid right off the apples. After several experimental tries we finally decided to just have apple slices drizzled with caramel - that was good :-)
