Yep, this is Jacob's room. Yep, we did have sheetrock up & taped. Then, while working in Kaylee's room, Pat found out that the water issue was bigger than he originally estimated. We had wet carpets around the edges of the foundation walls, but thought it was just condensation because of bad insulation. Well, he found out it was ground water that seeped into the concrete block, then the insulation soaked it up and sent it to the 2x4s. So, ALL the bottom walls of both bedrooms & bathroom were removed (including the sheetrock in Jacob's room) and rebuilt with green treated 2x4s and better insulation. THANK YOU Carrie & Micah for doing the dirty work of sanding the joint compound and removing the sheetrock. Thank you Allan & Micah for helping build the new walls!Monday, May 18, 2009

Holy cow! What a mess! Glad you found it now and not after Kaylee's room was finished.
